Order and Shipping Information

  • Here is some basic information you should know before ordering.
  • Do not send payment with order, wait for and invoice from me then
    pay.
  • We accept paypal and money orders. All checks and money orders
  • need to be made payable to Peggy Sewell.
  • No orders are started until payment is received in full.
  • NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Once orders are cut there are no refunds they are yours.
  • Banners orders must be received at least three weeks before pageant
    date. We require four weeks for 15 or more.
  • Orders that do not give us 3 or 4 weeks notice are considered a rush
    order  We charge an extra $3.00 per sash, plus express shipping could
    apply.
  • Please make sure you spell your words correctly.
  • We embroider what you type on your order.
  • If you misspell a word, your banners will reflect that. We are not
    responsible for misspelled words  on your order unless we make a
    mistake.
  • Discounts
  • My prices are cheaper than any other embroidery company so we are only
    offering a discount on orders of $300 or more.
  • Orders before shipping that are:

  • $300 and up 5% discount.

  • Shipping
  • We ship United States Postal Service
  • Most orders are shipped priority.
  • $3.50 first banner and $1.00 per additional sash up to 10.
  • .50 for additional  banner after 10.
  • EXAMPLE
  • You ordered 20 banners
  • 3.50 1st banner plus an additional
  • 9.00 for 2-10 banners plus an additional
  • 5.00 for 11-20 banners
  • total for shipping of 20 banners  $17.50  cost.
  • Priority shipping starts at $5.50
  • Express shipping starts at $17.50 up depends upon weight.
If you want insurance on your order please let me know.
If you choose not to insure your order we are not responsible
for orders once we ship.

We are booked through May 28th and not accepting orders
not on calendar. Only have a few openings in June and July
left.
We will not be accepting any rush orders
at this time. Directors please book your future events asap so
I can assure you an opening as we will be limiting our
booking.
